HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!!
Hi, my name is Elliott. Everyone calls me "Baby LABAH" though. My mom, Sara, works at the clinic and you can find me working with her several days a week. I thought I would pop in to tell you guys some very important Halloween safety tips:
  • Leave your animals indoors. There are people out there that like to do vicious pranks on Halloween and your pets might be in danger. They could also get spooked from the trick or treaters running around. Black cats especially should be watched carefully.
  • No candy! As much as your dog or cat may beg for it, candy is not a healthy treat (chocolate is toxic). Instead, you can buy dog or cat treats at the pet store.
  • Clean up after yourself. Candy wrappers can get stuck in your pet's digestive tract. Your pet could wind up needing expensive surgery if this happens.
  • Watch the door! While giving out candy, be sure your pet doesn't dart out the door when you aren't looking.
  • Supervise lit pumpkins. If you light your pumpkin, your pet could knock it over and cause a fire. Be sure to supervise animals around the pumpkins and don't leave home with an unattended lit pumpkin.

Everyone at LABAH wishes you all a safe and happy Halloween!

Staff Pets: Moose moose moose....

This is Moose. He comes to work with Leni sometimes. He's 7 so i guess thats getting on in dog years and he's very chill and relaxed. So, while its not exactly quiet here my guess is that he comes to the clinic for some peace and quiet considering she's got FIFTEEN other pets at home!
Dont blame you man.
Andy.

Adopt: Jay-Z - sweet sweet homeless kitty.

Jay-Z is a cutie-pie. He's a little reserved at first but soon comes out of his shell with a few good toys. His side kick Beyonce was already adopted so he really really needs your tender lovin' home more than ever now.

Come and meet him.

Thanks.

Andy.

*UPDATE: ADOPTED and doing very well in the home of one of our beloved clients*

Adopt: Take me home. Emerson the Great.

This is Emerson. He's great. He also needs a home. Currently being looked after by Laurie, one of our techs. Laurie loves him but already has 6 dogs and adding another, regardless of how sweet and small he is, just wont work.
Emerson is smart, affectionate, well behaved and just all round cute. He is great with other pets and comes to the clinic with Laurie most days so come on down and meet him.

Thanks.

Andy.

Adopt us! Nina & Noah

Hi Folks.
I would like to introduce you to Nina & Noah. Two sweet kitties looking for a home like yours.
They were bottlefed by one of our staff from a few days old so are very people friendly.
Noah is probably the most outgoing and loves attention. Nina is playful and sweet.
Ideally we would like them to go to the same home.
Call us or come in and meet them.
Thanks.
Andy.

Staff Pets: Jethro & Scoot

Ok. Moving right along.

The first in our series of 'Staff Pets' are Jethro and Scoot.

Both adopted and belong to Heather, one of our techs.

Or rather, she belongs to them...

Welcome, Welcome!

First up, a big welcome.

Im looking forward to sharing with you all our LABAH news, reviews, pet pals and picks.
